Note: To be able to trade with us, your company must be registered as an invoice customer. This means you can purchase goods and pay via invoice with an agreed credit period.

How your company becomes an invoice customer

To create an invoice account, we need the following information:

  • Company name
  • Address
  • Email address for invoicing
  • CVR number
  • Desired credit
  • (Optional) Web address

Once we have received your information, we will process your application and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

What is “My Hans Buch”?

“My Hans Buch” is the online profile you can create on our website. With a “My Hans Buch” profile, you get several advantages, allowing you to shop faster and easier on our webshop.

What you can do with a “My Hans Buch” profile:

  • See your prices if you are already a customer.
  • View previous orders and reorder.
  • Save items under “Favorites”.
  • Add multiple delivery addresses to the same profile

Are you already a Hans Buch customer?
Customer registration via phone or email is not the same as creating a “My Hans Buch” profile.

How do I create a “My Hans Buch” profile?

Your advantages with a “My Hans Buch” profile:

  • Access to shop in our webshop.
  • Add items to cart and see the total price.
  • View previous orders and reorder.
  • Register as an invoice or credit customer when you are about to complete a purchase.
  • Get your customer-specific prices linked to your “My Hans Buch” profile.
  • Add multiple delivery addresses to the same profile.

Do I need a “My Hans Buch” profile if I am already a customer?

Yes. If you have previously traded with us via, for example, phone or email, we have your information in our system based on your previous orders. This information is not automatically linked to your profile when you create a “My Hans Buch” profile. We need your permission to do this if you want your customer-specific prices to apply to items you wish to purchase online in our webshop.

Before we can link your customer information in our system with your “My Hans Buch” profile, you must first create a “My Hans Buch” profile. After you have created the profile, you can contact us in the following ways

How to link your information

  • Write to kundeservice@hansbuch.dk and request to have your information linked with your new “My Hans Buch” profile. Provide the email you used to create your profile so customer service can link the correct information together.
  • Register as an invoice customer when you complete your first purchase on the webshop, and add in the comment field that you are already a customer with Hans Buch.

Why can’t I see my prices?

If you can only see guide prices and not the prices specifically applicable to you as a customer, it means that your “My Hans Buch” profile is not linked with the customer information we have in our system.

This must be done manually and can be done by notifying us in the following ways:

  • Write to kundeservice@hansbuch.dk and request to have your information linked with your new “My Hans Buch” profile. Provide the email you used to create your profile so customer service can link the correct information together.
  • Register as an invoice customer when you complete your first purchase on the webshop, and add in the comment field that you are already a customer with Hans Buch.

I am already an invoice customer

If you are already an invoice customer, you do not automatically have access to shop on our webshop. You must therefore create a “My Hans Buch” profile. For guidance on this, you can advantageously watch the video above.

I can’t log in?

You must always create a “My Hans Buch” profile before you can log in. “My Hans Buch” and your customer information we have in our primary system, from, for example, previous orders, are separate.

This means that if you are already a customer with Hans Buch but have not previously shopped online in our webshop, you must first create a “My Hans Buch” profile to be able to shop in our webshop.
