Shoes are an everyday item that we use daily. This leads to natural wear and tear, which demands a lot from the material the shoe is made of. Almost regardless of how good the material is and how good the craftsmanship behind it is, it is inevitable that the heavy daily use of shoes wears on the material, and over time it will wear out enough that the shoe can no longer be used. The solution – the right slide rail
To protect the shoe, Imbox Protection has developed a spray that is applied to the shoe and provides optimal protection. The process takes place in a closed box, and for this purpose, in addition to the box itself, there was a need for drawer slides so that the shoes could easily and smoothly have the protective spray applied.
The patented solution is simply that the shoes are placed on the mounted drawer and easily pushed into the closed box. Here, Hans Buch’s supplier of drawer slides, Accuride, was the natural choice because they produce some of the best and most innovative slide rail solutions on the market. For this solution, a slide of type 3832SC from Accuride was chosen, which is a self-closing slide with a holding function that ensures the tray closes tightly during the application process. It also has the function that it can be easily adjusted in height, so it can be 100% adapted after installation. Last but not least, the 100% extension of the slide ensures that the IMBOX user can easily place the shoes on the tray, which can be easily pushed into the box.
