- They are made of corrosion-protective aluminum alloy and mounted with 4 mm thick tempered glass.
- The housing is shock/vibration resistant and can operate > 50,000 hours and in temperatures from minus – 30 to + 50 dgC.
- Our Ex proof LED Floodlight can be delivered from 30 to 185 Watts and covers beam angles from 60 to 120 dg.
LED Heavy Duty Floodlight, Ex Proof
Our Ex proof LED Floodlight type CPU, is made for Heavy Duty applications on open deck, bridge wings, and offshore platforms and rigs.
- The LED lamps are approved for ATEX Zone 1, 2, 21 & 22 and temperature class (T-rating) T1 to T6.
- They have an efficiency of > 140lm/w and a Power Factor of > 0.98
- They are made with anti-corrosion effect coating and installed with tempered glass, which will retain > 4J impact force.
- The patented heat dissipation fins ensure a long lifespan of between 50,000 – 100,000 hours.
- They can be delivered from 80 to 200 Watts, covering beam angles from 30 to 120 dg.
LED Heavy Duty Tube Light
Hans Buch Marine LED Heavy Duty Tube Light replaces all standard fluorescent tubes.
- They are delivered in an Ex Proof version inside a complete heavy duty fixture certified for ATEX Zone 2 and 22 and temperature class T1 to T6.
- The LED tube has a light output of > 120lm/W and a Power Factor of > 0.98 and
- They are delivered in a frosted PC diffuser cover, to ensure even light distribution.
- IP 66 Heavy Duty housing is made of 6063 aluminum alloy and is both shock and vibration resistant as well as having high anti-corrosion resistance.
- LED lights can live > 50,000 hours in temperatures from -30 to +50 dg.
- They can be delivered from 10 to 60 Watts, covering beam angles between 100 and 115 dg.
