The right air quality for the application

Hans Buch took on Sicodan’s challenge, and together we developed a new and contemporary solution that ensured the right air quality in the application. The solution to the challenge was ball valves, filters, and a pressure regulator.

A contemporary solution with day-to-day delivery

The Challenge

For many years, Sicodan has used Hans Buch as a regular supplier of air filters for the solutions they provide to their customers. However, over time, the components have become harder to obtain, resulting in longer delivery times. After consulting with Hans Buch, Sicodan decided to rethink the solution.

The Solution

Kasper from Hans Buch took on the challenge and set out to investigate how Sicodan can achieve the perfect air quality for their application in a contemporary solution. This resulted in a solution where we:

•  Used a 2- and 3-way ball valve to block the air
•  Set up filters in the correct order to filter the air
•  Installed a pressure regulator to throttle the air down to the pressure that Sicodan needs for their application

The Result

Together with the engineers at Hans Buch, Kasper put together a solution so that Sicodan can now deliver a contemporary product from day to day while saving time and money.
