Rivertrace Smart WiO
The Water in Oil Sensor (WiO) uses capacitive measurement to detect % humidity and assess dissolved water in oil. Exceeding the oil’s saturation point, which varies with temperature, composition, and additives, can cause engine corrosion.
The WiO Sensor’s Pre Alarm Value (PAV) is set at 50% humidity and Main Alarm Value (MAV) at 90%. Readings above 100% show free water. Conventional tests detect free water, while the WiO Sensor measures absolute water content. A 90% humidity reading signals potential engine damage. Find highlights, specifications and further information below.
Key features
- Measures the absolute water content in oil.
- Early warning by using pre alarm and alarm.
- Takes the oil temperature into consideration in order to measure the saturation.
- The sensor measures the saturation of the oil independent from the oil type and oil age.
- No cleaning of the sensor is needed.
Rivertrace Smart Turbidity
The Smart Turbidity Monitor, using Rivertrace’s “Smart Cell” Detector Array, measures turbidity in NTU to indicate fluid cloudiness from particles. It features a standard manual cell cleaning device to prevent fouling and comes with replacement calibrated cells and calibration verification kits for accuracy.
Suitable for hazardous environments (Zone 1 & 2), it is used in sewage treatment, brewing quality assessment, and groundwater analysis. Options are available for new monitors or retrofitting existing ones. Find highlights, specifications and further information below.
Applications
- Sewage Treatment Plant Effluent Monitor.
- Brewing Quality Monitor.
- Groundwater Effluent.
Rivertrace Smart 50M
The Smart 50M is a high-tech monitor for marine and industrial use. Using nephelometry-based detection, it features advanced algorithms for precise oil detection. Its versatile cell design handles extreme temperatures and pressures across various oil concentration ranges.
With Auto-Clean and Auto-Zeroing features, maintenance is easy. It integrates with DCS or PLC systems, delivering real-time oil concentration data via 4-20mA output. The Smart 50M combines adaptability, precision, and efficiency for challenging environments. Find highlights, specifications and further information below.
