Evac compactors are large, top-loaded hydraulic balers for compacting cardboard and other materials. We offer single-chamber and multi-chamber systems with a range of capacities. The compactor is equipped with a control panel and emergency stop button.

Evac dry waste collection and handling units for recyclable waste significantly reduce the space needed for dry waste storage. The Evac EBU 35 H, Evac EBU 45 H, and Evac EBU 20 X are single-chamber compactors and offer versatile, easy-to-use and low-cost waste compaction for small, medium. and large vessels. They are suitable for cardboard, soft plastic, paper, and foam.

The Evac ECU 35 TC and Evac ECU 160 TC are multi-chamber compactors (2-3 standard chambers) and allow compaction of two different waste types at the same time. They are easy to operate and suitable for cardboard, soft plastic andhard plastic, as well as aluminium and steel cans and tins.

Dry waste produced on board vessels can be divided into recyclable and non-recyclable materials. IMO MARPOL Annex V prohibits the discharge of any dry waste into the sea, so it must be stored on board.
