Through close collaboration with Hans Buch, the customer has received a customer-tailored solution for a unique application for cooling in a larger electronic application. Here, we have brought our technical expertise into play right from the beginning of the concept phase with application drawings, during the process with ongoing adjustments and tests, and up to the delivery of the finished unique solution.
- The Challenge: The customer produced their own cable harnessing. The process was cumbersome and provided insufficient utilization of space and resources. The customer also needed a faster and error-free solution.

The Unique Composition: A Tangle of Power and Control Signals
40 power cables, 13 control signal cables, and two distribution boxes make up the unique composition for the delivery of cable harnessing for the customer’s unique application.
Initially, over 600 sets of cable harnessing are delivered, which are a vital part of the customer’s application with industrial fans to be used as cooling for a larger electronic application. The customer specializes in industrial fans, which are, for example, suitable for tunnels, buildings, agriculture, data centers, and parking garages, each of which places high quality demands on the regulation of temperatures and airflows.

Before the actual production of the cable harnessing, the solution has gone through a longer process with technical advice, concept drawings, adjustments and supplements, as well as mockup tests.
